My Win 7 laptop seems infected with malware that redirects my chrome into various malicious sites, like, while using google chrome or open new tabs. Guide 1: Erase Homepage Manually

Step 1. Stop running processes in Windows Task Manager first.

  1. Click on “Start” button placed at the bottom left corner.

Step 3. Remove from your browser.

Launch up Google Chrome> click Tools on top right menu> click Extension> search for> click trash bin


Select Settings > On Startup > Set pages > Change/remove the URL of the unreliable search tool and click OK.
